The Content Creator/Designer will be responsible for planning, content creation, execution, digital strategy and optimization for 7 food court brands to life on social media channels. Build the content experience on a global scale.Your Key Responsibilities: Content Creation: Develop high-quality copy across a wide range of platforms, including scripts, storyboards, technical documents, and marketing collateral. Collaborate closely with the creative team to bring ideas from concept to completion. Versatile Writing: Craft both long-form and short-form copy that aligns with campaign objectives and speaks directly to the target audience. Ensure consistency and quality across all written content.Storytelling: Transform ideas and concepts into engaging and compelling stories. Adapt your writing style to suit different audiences, brands, and channels, turning vague narratives into captivating content that shapes our brand's messaging. Brand Voice: Evolve and maintain a consistent tone of voice that accurately represents our brand, ensuring all content reflects our identity and values. Collaborative Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the team, contributing to brainstorming sessions, meetings, and projects. Partner with designers and video editors to bring ideas to life through various mediums, including videos, images, and documents. Creative Problem Solving: Approach challenges with creativity and innovation, offering fresh ideas and perspectives that enhance the overall effectiveness of our content. Design visually compelling posts, stories, and reels for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other social media platforms. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and social media best practices.Key Skills Requirement: What We Need: 1–2 years of experience in content or graphic design, preferably in the food & beverage industry.Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creative social media content. Knowledge in scriptwriting and creating both short and long-form content (e.g., Reels, YouTube shorts, YouTube videos) is a significant plus. Proficiency in any of the tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Procreate and/or Figma. A deep passion for continuous learning, with interests spanning technology, business, and marketing. A creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Bonus: Photography and video editing skills.Education: Bachelors / Master’s degree in Marketing/Communications or related field.
