Based in India, the ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment/staffing industry dynamics and experience working with or selling to clients in GCC countries. This role demands an expert in client acquisition, relationship management, and market expansion in the international talent solutions space.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Growth: Identify and develop new client relationships in the Middle East for recruitment and staffing services (permanent, contract, bulk hiring, executive search).Client Acquisition: Target HR heads, procurement leads, and senior management in key industries like Oil & Gas, Construction, Healthcare, Hospitality, BFSI, IT, etc.Market Strategy: Design and implement go-to-market strategies for specific countries (UAE, KSA, Qatar, etc.) in collaboration with leadership.Proposal Management: Prepare customized proposals, respond to RFPs/RFQs, and manage pricing, negotiation, and closure of deals.Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with internal recruitment delivery teams to ensure client requirements are met with speed and quality.Market Insights: Continuously monitor hiring trends, talent needs, and regulatory shifts across GCC nations.Brand Building: Represent the organization at key Middle East job fairs, expos, and online industry forums.CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of prospects, pipelines, and conversions using CRM tools.
