As we continue to grow, we are now looking for a proactive and talented Event Executive to join our team and assist in managing our flagship conferences and awards.Job Summary: As an Junior Event Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the seamless execution of our conferences and awards. This dynamic position involves various responsibilities, including research, communication with stakeholders, coordinating with teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of events.Key Responsibilities:1. Conduct thorough research on conference topics, and potential speakers, and stay up-to-date with the latest trends in similar conferences and events.2. Communicate effectively with speakers, sponsors, and participants through email and Zoom calls to provide event details, gather required information, and address inquiries.3. Monitor and follow up on pre-event, on-site, and post-event tasks to ensure all teams meet deadlines and deliver their respective responsibilities.4. Maintain well-organized files, excel sheets, and documentation to ensure accessibility and easy retrieval of information as needed.5. Collaborate with various internal teams, such as the design team and social media team, to ensure all event-related tasks are promptly completed.6. Work closely with the Event Coordinator and Event Director to assist in tasks that require their expertise and guidance.Qualifications and Skills:1. Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English are essential for effective interaction with stakeholders.2. Strong collaborative and follow-up skills, as the role involves coordinating with multiple teams and individuals.3. Adaptability and willingness to go beyond the defined job description to contribute to the overall success of the events.4. Minimum of 1 years experience working in conference planning and/or event coordination.5.
