Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the sales team in the assigned region to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.Develop and execute regional sales strategies and plans to maximize business opportunities.Identify and establish relationships with key clients, contractors, and stakeholders in the stone industry.Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to adjust strategies as needed.Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to the sales team to improve their performance and achieve goals.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.Ensure timely delivery of products, resolve customer complaints, and handle any escalations professionally.Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, including forecasting and budgeting.Collaborate with other departments (marketing, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth business operations.Drive new business opportunities and ensure market expansion within the region.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role, preferably in the stone, construction, or manufacturing industry.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.In-depth knowledge of the stone and construction market, products, and industry trends.Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and sales tools.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
