As the Manager for Marcomm Jaquar Lighting, you will oversee the marketing and communication strategy for the Jaquar Lighting brand across India. This role encompasses the management of marketing communication needs for all lighting verticals, zones, and branches, providing support to architects, hospitality partners, and builders. Your responsibilities will include executing brand campaigns, developing sales support programs, and managing dealer support initiatives. You will also be responsible for the creation and management of all sales tools, including catalogs, websites, social media platforms, product videos, and films. This position demands a strategic mindset to plan and execute integrated marketing communication activities that align with the objectives of the sales and business development teams across various locations. ResponsibilitiesManage the entire campaign lifecycle from design to planning, execution, and effective utilization of marketing initiatives Oversee collateral management processes, ensuring high-quality design, planning, and execution for all marketing materials Develop and control marketing budgets to ensure alignment with financial goals and objectives Cultivate and manage vendor relationships to ensure quality, speed, and cost-effectiveness in deliverables Formulate and implement brand-building strategies that enhance market presence for Jaquar’s Lighting brand Develop and execute promotional strategies for various product categories, supporting sales growth Collaborate with branch teams to provide timely marketing support that enhances sales enablement Deliver timely promotional assistance to vertical heads and their teams Manage agencies effectively to achieve optimal outcomes in terms of cost, quality, and deadlines Provide communication support for Jaquar Lighting brand across various platforms Facilitate dealer promotion activities to enhance partner relationships and sales performance Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment by providing guidance, mentorship and constructive feedback to team members, ensuring their professional growth and development QualificationsEducation: A graduate degree in any discipline, complemented by a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA) or an MBA Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing and communications, including at least 4 years with a reputed lighting or luxury brand or in a leading advertising agency handling lighting brands Skills: Strong planning and execution capabilities for ATL, digital, and BTL campaigns Proficient in event management and public relations Experienced in media planning and buying Effective budget management skills Competent in agency and vendor management with a global luxury perspective to drive marketing communication activities Effective team leadership
