This role provides hands-on experience in various HR functions, with a strong focus on high-volume recruitment. The ideal candidate should be comfortable making calls to potential candidates while assisting in other HR processes such as employee engagement, training, and HR administration.Key Responsibilities:Make 150-200 calls per day to source, screen, and schedule candidates for interviews.Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.Maintain and update candidate and employee records in HR databases.Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.Handle HR-related inquiries from employees and provide necessary support.Help in drafting and updating HR policies, procedures, and documents.Conduct research on HR trends and best practices.Support performance management and training initiatives.Perform other administrative and HR-related tasks as needed.Requirements:Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence in making high-volume calls.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Benefits:Hands-on experience in high-volume recruitment and other HR functions.Exposure to real-world HR challenges and solutions.Opportunity to network with industry professionals.Certificate of completion and potential for full-time employment based on performance.
