The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, creating reports, forecasting trends, and providing strategic recommendations to support decision-making and improve financial performance.Key Responsibilities:Analyze current and past financial data and performance to prepare reports and forecastsDevelop financial models, dashboards, and metrics to support strategic initiativesAssist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisMonitor key financial indicators and provide insights into business performanceWork with cross-functional teams to evaluate financial impact of business decisionsSupport month-end and year-end close processesPrepare ad-hoc financial analysis and reports as neededAssist in the preparation of board materials, investor presentations, and internal reportsEnsure compliance with financial regulations and internal controlsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s or CPA/CFA a plus)2+ years of experience in financial analysis or a related roleStrong proficiency in Excel and financial modelingExperience with financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar)Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsEffective communication and presentation abilitiesNote: Must be good at Tally & MIS Reporting.
