We leverage new technologies and find innovative methods to ensure that Lowe's has a competitive edge in the market.Job SummaryThe SEO team resides within the Site Strategy & Planning function and is responsible for improving organic search rankings, driving traffic to our website and building & executing the overall SEO strategy. They work closely with content development and marketing teams to optimize content on our website and ensure alignment with SEO best practices, industry trends, and business goals. The team also partners closely with Product and Tech teams to ensure that technical SEO hygiene is best in class. As a SEO Manager, you will be required to manage a team of Analysts and contribute to planning, implementation, and optimization of SEO initiatives across multiple business category segments with an enterprise lens. You will work alongside a team of direct reports to execute all SEO efforts including research, content, technical, on-page and off-page strategies. You will need to have deep SEO knowledge, hands-on experience of various SEO tools and a “keep learning” mindset to remain abreast of the ever-changing search ecosystem, inclusive of latest trends in AI enabled search. Roles & Responsibilities:Core Responsibilities:Lead a team of 8-12 analysts and execute a cohesive SEO strategy to drive increased traffic and revenue for Lowe’s. Mentor, coach and guide your team to continuously enhance quality of deliverables.Responsible for executing SEO strategy, reporting, and improved recommendations for scaling traffic.Collaborate across other channel leads to boost and complement priorities of the enterprise.Work in an autonomous team structure to drive the right content (Digital Business-led) and site (tech-led) changes to improve traffic.Analyze complex data sets to identify target audience opportunities, raise the bar on execution and data-led governance and drive results for your team.Regularly review and optimize landing pages, content articles and technical aspects to improve user experience and traffic quality.Work with other digital marketing teams (SEM, Social, Digital Media), to maximize on-site and in-store traffic and revenue. Communicate and track task progress, insights, and recommendations to internal stakeholders.Years of Experience:8+ years of overall work experience.5+ years in a similar role preferably in an SEO agency or as an SEO leader in Retail/E-commerce industry.3+ years of people management experience.Experience in working with US-based companies or clients (preferred).Education Qualification & Certifications (optional)Required Minimum Qualifications:Graduate (in any discipline) - degree in Digital Marketing or a related field is a plus.Master’s degree in Digital Marketing or a related field is preferred.Skill Set Required Primary Skills (must have)Proficiency and hands-on expertise in Google Search Console, SEO Clarity, Botify, SEMrush and other similar platforms.Strong understanding of tracking and attribution models, MMM and measurement platforms like Adobe Analytics.Hands-on knowledge of Data Visualization and reporting tools such as PowerBI.Strong analytical and research skills to be able to convert data into actionable insights. Planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.People Management experience – should have managed a team of Direct reports.Experience on workflow management tools (preferably on a platform like Workfront, Jira, etc.).Awareness of current industry best practices to infuse into current campaigns as needed.Experience of conducting in-depth competitive research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify new opportunities.Expert communication and presentation skills.Secondary Skills (desired)Understanding of Generative AI tools and how to leverage them for SEO.Experience in performing in-depth analysis of competitors’ SEO tactics to inform campaign strategies.Oversight of SEO overall program, responsible for delivering projects across the organization on time, on budget and on brand.Hands-on experience in third-party/publisher tools for measurement.
