The hospital is committed to providing quality healthcare at affordable prices to the region.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Facilities Manager at Srimanta Sankardeva Hospital located in Dibrugarh East. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of the hospital's facilities. This includes managing the building's infrastructure, maintenance, coordinating repairs and renovations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, managing inventory, and supervising housekeeping staff. The Facilities Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing facility policies and procedures.QualificationsExperience in facility management and maintenance (3-5 Years)Knowledge of basic building systems and equipmentDigitally / technically soundExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, ideally fluent in Hindi, Assamese & EnglishAbility to work well in a teamKnowledge of safety regulations and proceduresExperience in healthcare facilities is a plusBachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field is a plus
