We are a boutique technology consulting firm located in New Jersey, USA. We provide specialty technology consulting and contingent staffing services to Fortune 2000 clients in the USA. We are looking for a highly motivated business development specialist with a hunter attitude to find new Fortune 2000 clients that work via the MSP/VMS model.The candidate is expected to work in the US market Eastern Standard Time(EST) hours with at least 60% overlap, the ideal setup would be 100% overlap, but we are flexible for the right candidate.Location:Bengaluru, Karnataka (Local candidates preferred)100% remote for exceptional candidatesCompensation:Competitive Base Compensation + Commission % on Gross Margin (Uncapped)Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, economics, and engineering. 10+ years of sales experience in US Staffing, with a focus on MSP staffingExperience in closing multi-million $ accounts in both IT and non-IT domainsResponsibilities:Leverage past professional relationships with MSP clients and MSP program managers to introduce and onboard the firm as a contingent workforce supplier for various MSP programsManage the entire sales process from lead generation to account onboarding for MSP clientsCo-ordinate the full cycle sales process from generating leads to onboarding new clients through the MSP modelAct as an account manager for existing client relationships and manage daily operations of contingent staffing business via the client VMS systemsAssist with recruiting operations as necessary
