The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client engagement, and initial franchise sales discussions. Proficiency in regional languages – Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam – is essential to communicate effectively with potential franchise partners across South India.Roles & Responsibilities:Experience in Lead Generation & Qualification.Identify potential franchise leads through various channels (calls, emails, social media, inbound inquiries).Qualify leads based on business potential and investment capabilities.Experience in Client Engagement & Consultation.Contact and follow up with interested prospects to understand their requirements.Explain franchise opportunities, business models, investment details, and brand benefits.Address initial queries and provide necessary information about the franchise business.Experience in Coordination & Sales Support.Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospects and the franchise sales team.Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and franchise information kits.Maintain and update lead databases in CRM.Engage effectively with potential franchisees in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam.Provide personalized consultation in the preferred language of the prospect.Experience in Market Research & Competitor Analysis.Gather insights on regional franchise market trends and competitors.Provide feedback to the sales and marketing team for strategy enhancement.
