We are seeking a highly skilled and creative member to join our team, to lead the end to end marketing of the Asia dispensing function to strengthen the business position in the market by determining the viability of new markets, product, pricing, features or service through research conducted directly with the potential markets and related stakeholders of the business - anticipates to undertake marketing and communication winning go to market strategy effectively and proactively considering dynamism in the market/ region (economy, geopolitical, competition trends) all the study considerations for the overall growth strategy.ResponsibilitiesMarket Intelligence & Analytics:Should be able to get market intel by collecting, analyzing and applying market data about market trends, customer insights and market dynamics.Should be very well aware of Market Research and Competition Analysis Understanding of market size and potential growth aligned with key outcomes.Engage in key industry trade organizations or groups to understand/ influence the value drivers in the industry and to better target our verticalLong term / Short term visionary share : Analyze market and its driving factors with long term visionary and accordingly formulate strategies to create Business USPs and sustainable growthTarget and drive penetration in businesses of new entriesMonitor and evaluate product growth and performance , competitor activity and overall market conditionsProduct & brand managementBrand Management Plan - end to end : Positioning, marketing, performance, Perceived brand, Value Proposition, Recognitions management and leadAble to Identify potential growth opportunities, build strategy, align resources for execution to achieve overall branding positioningLead product management initiatives by collaborating with engineering, operations, sales teams by frequently travelling to the manufacturing locationsBe the key source of Voice of Customer (VOC) by frequently visiting customers, POS counters, suppliers & other relevant stakeholdersCommunication & Promotion:Leveraging vast networking channels of customers , key influencers in the industry to develop avenues of future growth with strong communication plan,Organizing & leading business presence seminars : customer trainings, seminarsPrepare & release quarterly commercial & technical newslettersLead Generation Event ManagementExecution of in-person and virtual events, including tradeshows, webinars, lunch and learns, and other customer-facing events.Set and adhere to budget for events, managing process with internal stakeholders.Collaboration with vendors and third parties to support event execution.Creation of collateral and digital initiatives in coordination with events including campaigns, social, and lead capture programs.Digital InsightsWork with the digital marketing specialist to provide direction on content and keywords to support organic and paid search marketing.Understanding of basic digital marketing, SEO and SEM.Should own advertising and digital marketing campaignsSocial media and content marketingStrategic Inputs to Pricing, Portfolio , Product Management Life Cycle:Demonstrates strategic inputs to pricing , portfolio management inputs and product management life cycle inputs from market research analytics by using MS-Excel, Power BI & other analysis toolsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering with MBA-Marketing from Premier - Tier 1 / Tier 2 institute5-8 years of Experience in Marketing Communication, Exposure Market Research, Digital Marketing, Branding and PromotionsStrong verbal, written, and presentation skillsKey Technical/ Behavioral CompetenciesBusiness Development, Market Intelligence & Mapping trends, Product life cycle management, Product & brand management, Communication & Promotion, Digital Marketing, High Impact Communication, Drive for Result, Judgement and Decision Making, Innovation & Creativity, Developing Self and Others
