Position Overview:We are looking for a driven and articulate Presales Consultant to join our dynamic team, with a specialized focus on our SaaS platform serving the Retail and Supply Chain sectors. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in the sales lifecycle by engaging with prospects, understanding their business needs, and positioning our solution to drive value. You will collaborate closely with the sales, product, and technical teams to build compelling business cases and foster long-term client partnerships.Experience : Fresh MBAKey Responsibilities:Identify and qualify potential leads through calls, emails, and online platforms.Generate leads and build a sales funnel with regular follow-ups.Pitch products to clients and explain how the solution fits their needs.Schedule and assist in product demos with the sales team.Update lead status and sales activities in the CRM system.Maintain client relationships during the pre-sales phase.Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products.Qualifications:MBA in Business, Marketing, or a related field; or a graduate in Science/Technology with a minimum of 70% marks.Strong interest or prior experience in inside sales, pre-sales, or client-facing roles—preferably within the SaaS domain.Good understanding of the Retail and Supply Chain sectors or a willingness to quickly learn and adapt.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients.Familiarity with CRM tools and sales productivity platforms.Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, if required.
