The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both manual and automated testing,with expertise in Microsoft technology stack. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions, contributing to our reputation for excellence in the industry.What You’ll Do:Develop and execute manual and automated test cases to ensure the quality and reliability of software products.Design and implement test automation frameworks and scripts using Java and related technologies.Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing of web applications, APIs, and backend systems.Collaborate with developers to review code changes, provide feedback on testability, and ensure test coverage.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline testing processes, enhance test coverage, and improve overall product quality.Continuously learn and stay updated on industry best practices, testing methodologies, and emerging technologies.What You’ll Bring:A bachelor’s degree or higher.Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).Proficiency in Testing Concepts and QA methodologies.Experience with defect tracking and QA management tools (e.g., Jira/Azure DevOps).Basic programming skills in Java.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent problem-solving abilities.Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and methodologies.Familiarity with Automation Testing tools, such as Selenium.Preferable: Experience with database testing and knowledge of SQL and related query languages.Preferable: Understanding of performance testing tools like JMeter.What We Offer:At Delphi, we are dedicated to creating an environment where you can thrive, both professionally and personally.
