Key Responsibilities:Strategic HR Leadership:Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.Serve as a strategic advisor to senior management on HR-related matters.Drive organizational change initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.Talent Acquisition and Succession Plan:Oversee the recruitment process to attract, hire, and retain top talent.Develop and maintain talent management programs, including succession planning and leadership development.Implement on boarding and orientation programs to ensure new hires are integrated effectively.Employee Relations and Engagement:Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction and retention.Address and resolve employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.Performance Management:Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback.Develop and implement strategies to improve employee performance and productivity.Provide coaching and support to managers in managing employee performance.Compensation and Benefits:Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs.Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.Conduct regular market analysis to ensure the organization remains competitive.Training and Development:Identify training and development needs across the organization.Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.Compliance and Risk Management:Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.Manage HR-related risks and ensure the organization is protected from potential liabilities.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).Proven experience (10+ years) in a senior HR role, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strong leadership and management skills.Ability to think strategically and act tactically.Experience in change management and organizational development.Proficiency in HR software and systems.
