The Senior Captain will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hospitality. Responsibilities also include coordinating with the kitchen and service teams, handling customer queries and complaints, and ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.Key Responsibilities :Supervise daily front-of-house operations and ensure smooth guest service.Lead and motivate captains, stewards, and service staff during shifts.Coordinate table assignments, reservations, and special requests.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive service and attention to detail.Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues swiftly.Train and mentor junior team members to maintain service standards.Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for timely and accurate order execution.Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across the dining area.Prepare shift reports, checklists, and feedback logs.Qualifications :3–5 years of experience in a restaurant or hotel, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.Knowledge of restaurant operations, POS systems, and food safety standards.Ability to handle pressure during peak hours and multitask effectively.Pleasant personality with a hands-on and proactive approach.Flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays.
