VGU Jaipur, NAAC A+& ICAR Accredited is looking for Associate /Assistant Professor for: Management & Commerce: Marketing & Retail, Affiliate Marketing, Supply chain Management, Customer Relationship Management, IT, AI in Business, SEO, WEB design, Fintech, Digital Banking and Infrastructure, Segmentation and CVP Design for Banks, Digital Payments and Insurance, Business Analytics, Operation Management, Statistics for business decision, Total Quality Management.Humanities & Social Sciences: Humanities, Political Science, Economics, International Relations, Sociology, English Literature, Geography, Public Policy, History.Computer Sciences: Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Cloud Technology, Introduction to Cryptography, Cloud Security, Data Mining.Mathematics: Mathematics.Job Description:Responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing content for Online Learning and Open & Distance Learning (ODL) programs within their respective disciplines where major tasks are-Developing curriculum, course learning materials including e-learning material in engaging language, assignments, practice quizzes & exercises, question banks, syllabi and other learning resources as per four quadrant approach and assessment strategies.Guiding and mentoring faculty members/Course Coordinators.Engaging in continuous program improvement and staying updated with industry trendsConnect to the Learners to resolve their academic issues and ensure the smooth academic process.Conducting PCP programs ODL Learners.Creation of Challenging and engaging assignment to attain the learning out comes.Effective program management and coordination for effective content delivery.Creation of A/V content in studios for their core subjects and conduction of live sessions and discussion forums.Faculty development and mentoring and coordination with Industry experts and senior academic leaders for conduction of guest session.SPOC for the Assigned Programs for all the academic responsibilities and also admin tasks pertaining to learners' attendance, due clearance, examination conduction etc.Coordinating with T&P department and other trainers for placement & internship opportunities for learners of their respective program.Assessment of Learners activities, connect with them as mentor and providing feedback of their learning.Taking Class of PCP sessions conducted for ODL learners.POC for the all-academic responsibilities pertaining to the assigned coursesEnsuring the Learner engagement, development and satisfaction and learner retention in their assigned courses and also fit in the role of mentors for learners.Collaborating with Program Coordinators & other faculty members to enhance program quality.Eligibility for Associate Professors :-A Ph.D. degree in the relevant field of studyMinimum 5 years of teaching experience at the UG/PG level and preferably few year of Industry Exposure.Research publications in peer-reviewed journals.Experience in online and ODL pedagogy is preferred.Eligibility for Assistant Professors :-A Master's degree in the relevant field with UGC-NET/SET and PhD in relevant FieldAt least 1 years of teaching experience in Higher Education Segment however fresher academicians are also welcomed to apply.Subject matter expertise in Concern Domain.Familiarity with online teaching tools and techniques and prior experience in OL/ODL segment is desirable.Interested candidates to apply by emailing detailed CV to careers@ and filing up the basic information form.
