The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in similar roles and possess exceptional communication skills. In this position, you will engage with customers over the phone to promote and sell banking products, such as credit cards and loans, while ensuring a positive and professional experience.Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with credit card inquiries, loan products, and financial services.Promote and sell credit card products, personal loans, home loans, and other banking services based on customer needs and preferences.Provide detailed information about credit card offers, loan eligibility, terms, and repayment options to customers.Address customer queries and concerns regarding credit cards and loan applications in a clear and professional manner.Follow up with customers to provide updates on their loan or credit card applications, ensuring timely and accurate information.Maintain a deep understanding of financial products to make tailored recommendations and resolve customer issues efficiently.Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs for credit card and loan products, ensuring customer satisfaction.Assist in processing loan applications and documentation, ensuring compliance with company and banking regulations.Offer expert advice on the best banking solutions for customers, helping them understand the features and benefits of each product.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system for all customer interactions.Resolve customer complaints and issues related to banking products while maintaining a high level of professionalism.Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.Key Requirements:Minimum of 2 years of experience in credit card sales, loan products, or a voice-based role in the banking or financial services industry.Strong knowledge of credit card features, loan products, and financial services.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage customers professionally over the phone.Proven experience in meeting sales targets, delivering excellent customer service, and handling customer inquiries.Ability to understand and explain complex banking products in a simplified manner.Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.A customer-centric attitude, with a passion for delivering high-quality service.Experience in a call center or voice-based customer service environment is highly preferred.Knowledge of banking regulations and policies is an advantage Thank you.Interested ?
