In this role, you’ll work closely with new customers after they sign up to help them get started with Classcard. You’ll guide them through setting up their account, teach them how to use our features, and make sure they’re fully ready to get value from our platform.If you enjoy helping people, are good at explaining things clearly, and love making sure customers feel supported from day one, this could be the perfect role for you!Key Responsibilities:Participate in onboarding / kickoff calls alongside Account ManagersCreate and manage onboarding trackers and timelines per accountCoordinate handoff from setup to customer successWalk customers through the setup process—help them create their account, add their details, and get familiar with the system.Perform pre-go-live testing to ensure all configurations work as intended (bookings, payments, notifications)Create simple and helpful onboarding plans so customers know what to do step by step.Make sure each customer finishes their onboarding successfully and on time.Assist customers in setting up integrations required for their account.Coordinate internally with the tech team to ensure any backend assistance for set up / set up changes gets done within set timelines.Answer questions, solve any small issues that come up during onboarding, and coordinate with our Success or Support teams when needed.Keep notes and track progress for each customer.Help improve our onboarding process by creating guides, checklists, and training materials.Share feedback from customers with the team to help us keep improving.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business, Communications, or related fields preferred).1–3 years of experience in Customer Onboarding, Customer Support, Customer Success, or similar roles.Good communication and people skills—you’re comfortable speaking with customers over calls or messages.Well-organized and good at managing multiple tasks at once.High attention to detail and a love for checklistsComfortable using tools like CRM software like Attio and willing to learn new systems.Bonus: Experience working in SaaS companies, startups, or education-focused businesses.
