Internship Opportunity – Founder's Office (Global Market Expansion Strategy)Location: RemoteType: Internship (Part-time / Flexible)Duration: 3–6 MonthsEligibility: 2nd and 3rd Year Engineering Students from IITs, NITs, IIITs, and other premier institutionsAbout RecrivioRecrivio is a next-generation recruitment and workforce solutions company, combining the efficiency of SaaS with deep staffing expertise to transform the hiring landscape across IT, non-IT, and contractual roles. As we prepare for international expansion, we are seeking a select group of highly motivated students to join our Founder's Office and contribute to building Recrivio’s global strategy from the ground up.This internship offers a rare opportunity to work directly with the founding team, contribute to high-impact projects, and gain exposure to international business strategy in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.Role OverviewWe are not seeking candidates with prior work experience or a list of accolades. Instead, we are looking for individuals with a strong learning mindset, intellectual curiosity, and a desire to contribute meaningfully to real business challenges.As part of the Founder's Office, you will engage in market research, global go-to-market planning, competitive benchmarking, and cross-functional initiatives—all with the aim of helping Recrivio scale internationally.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct market research to evaluate global recruitment landscapes, SaaS adoption patterns, and regional business practices in geographies such as North America, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Europe.Analyze competitors and identify whitespace opportunities across recruitment-tech and SaaS solutions.Assist in the development of region-specific go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and channel partnerships.Collaborate with the founder and senior leadership to prepare internal strategic documents, investor presentations, and market entry frameworks.Track global trends and compile insights into actionable reports to support strategic decision-making.Participate in special projects related to business operations, international compliance, and customer onboarding strategies.Candidate ProfileCurrently enrolled in the 2nd or 3rd year of an undergraduate engineering program at a premier institution (IIT, NIT, IIIT, BITS, etc.)Demonstrated interest in global business, startups, or SaaS (prior experience is not mandatory)Strong analytical and critical thinking skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsComfortable working independently in a remote and dynamic environmentProficient in productivity tools such as Google Sheets, Docs, and Notion (training will be provided if needed)What We ValueA growth-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solvingThe ability to structure ideas, ask thoughtful questions, and contribute original perspectivesAuthenticity, humility, and a willingness to learn by doingA genuine interest in understanding how businesses expand across bordersWhat We OfferDirect mentorship from the Founder and senior leadership teamA high-impact, high-trust learning environmentExposure to real-world strategy, SaaS operations, and global business practicesFlexible working hours and a fully remote experienceCertificate of completion and Letter of Recommendation upon successful completionFull-time employment opportunityPriority consideration for future full-time or pre-placement opportunitiesHow to ApplyInterested candidates are invited to submit their resume or a brief personal statement (max 200 words) expressing why they are interested in this role and how they hope to contribute.Please send your application to: foundersoffice@.
