C-Suite Advisory:Provide world class consulting & advisory services designed to help C-Level Executives, Directors, Entrepreneurs & Owners to address their business problems and help navigate their organization for growth, optimization, and innovation.Disruptive Technologies:Enable our clients to evaluate, adopt and industrialize the market disrupting technologies ranging from Gen AI, Advanced Analytics, Omni/Conversational Channels, Cloud, Blockchain, Social & Mobility.Transformation Management:Help clients navigate their way from strategy to execution by bringing in our expertise in business transformation, organization change management and program management.Purpose of the RoleAs a consulting practitioner and thought leader, you are expected to contribute to developing Infosys Consulting’s IP and capability in respect of change management. As a change practitioner you bring deep experience that can contribute to methodology, training and tool development that can amplify and accelerate our speed and capability to deliver engagements for our clients.As a leader in the OCM space, you would be responsible for managing key accounts and leading multiple consulting engagements on behalf of Infosys consulting helping clients identify and solve various problems across domains, define vision/strategy, come up with possible solutions and work with the larger technology organization to drive user adoption.Job ResponsibilitiesManage key accounts for CM (Change Management) across domains and verticals including planning for sales targets, identifying focus areas of growth and defining action plans related to Organizational Change Management.Work closely with the Partners, Practice leadership team, Infosys sales team and delivery units to build relationships and ensure CM consulting services are pitched for the right opportunities. These should focus on change strategy, change impact assessment, articulation of change challenges and mitigation strategies.Grow existing accounts: Build and manage pipeline for the CM consulting business for the accounts you manage and report on progress against sales targets on weekly/b-weekly basis.Open new accounts: Leverage Client and industry networks to open new accounts for consulting and create new revenue streams.As consulting lead on key accounts, work closely with clients in large scale transformation projects such as Digital Transformation, AI&I programs and Large ERP transformation programs to understand the strategy and vision and accordingly align with larger transformation initiatives to create new opportunities for consulting. Example: Lex Lead large engagements to define vision and strategy for various OCM projects.Analyze possible process areas to identify adoption problems/challenges, partner with technology arms of Infosys Ltd to ideate and drive Go to markets and proactively take it to clients and win deals for consulting.Develop thought leadership to drive points of view in the market and contribute to business development through active participation in client orals as part of various RFP/RFI responses.Participate in practice building activity as a valued contributor to the change management community. This may involve training and knowledge management activity to mature our capability and practitioners.Depending on client program size, manage teams of 10+ members and mentor them.Professionals we are looking for?Smart, self-driven, highly focused & self-motivated people with top notch communication skills, intellectual curiosity, and experience of making a positive different to a strategic or tactical transformation program. Overall experience of at least 15 years, with at least 10+ years of top-tier consulting experience post MBA as a change management specialist in technology / non-technology driven transformation programsShould have led end-to-end change management activities in large transformation programs and managed key account with sales and revenue targets.Comfortable working with digital solutions in an information systems/technology-driven transformation programExperience of working on programs in various industries, like Manufacturing, Finance, Retail, CPG, Communication, Energy, etc.Experience of developing a change strategy for large scale transformation programs having a global reachProven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skillsAbility to create and deliver high-impact communications to senior stakeholders and facilitate discussions.Strong executive level relationship building skills.Experience in Management consulting preferably with Consulting firms.
