Delivering measurable results.Position Overview:Sutherland is seeking a highly motivated and self-starting Business Analyst / Business Process Analyst with experience in change management to join our dynamic team. This senior-level role offers an exciting opportunity to drive process improvements across various functions, with a specific focus on talent management, hiring processes, and HR systems.Key Responsibilities:Process Mapping & Optimization:- Lead efforts to map and optimize business processes, including both as-is and to-be states. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process inefficiencies and design scalable solutions.Talent Management Processes:- Ensure that talent management processes, from recruitment to employee development and retention, are aligned with best practices and organizational objectives. Provide recommendations for process improvements that enhance the overall talent lifecycle.FMEA & Risk Analysis:- Conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to identify potential risks in business processes, assess their impact, and implement corrective actions. Use data-driven approaches to anticipate and mitigate operational risks.Six Sigma Methodology:- Utilize Six Sigma methodologies, with a preference for a Black Belt certification (or Green Belt minimum), to lead process improvement projects and drive operational excellence across the organization.Hiring Process Expertise:- Develop and optimize hiring processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience. Ensure alignment with legal requirements and organizational standards.HRMS & ATS Systems Knowledge:- Provide expertise in HR and talent platforms across the entire employee lifecycle, with a specific focus on streamlining workflows and improving system integration. SmartRecruiters experience is a plus. Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRMS platforms is beneficial.Cross-Functional Collaboration:- Work closely with HR, IT, operations, and other departments to ensure seamless implementation of new processes and technologies. Act as a process champion for continuous improvement initiatives.Change Management:- Lead change management efforts for process transformations, ensuring smooth transitions for employees and stakeholders. Provide training and guidance to teams as needed.Performance Metrics & Reporting:- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of implemented processes. Present findings to senior leadership and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.Project Leadership & Stakeholder Management:- Manage multiple high-impact projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with business objectives.
