Job Title

Oversee daily operations across multiple fashion retail outlets.Drive sales and achieve area-level targets and KPIs.Monitor store-wise performance through sales data and reporting tools.Lead, train, and support Store Managers and in-store teams.Conduct regular store visits to ensure brand SOPs and policies are followed.Ensure consistent customer experience and service excellence across stores.Maintain high standards of visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines.Coordinate with the VM team to execute seasonal and promotional displays.Analyze stock reports and ensure optimum inventory levels at each store.Manage inter-store stock transfers, stock audits, and minimize shrinkage.Address and resolve escalated customer issues or complaints promptly.Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and operational policies.Submit regular performance and business updates to the regional team.
