About the Opportunity:Our company is seeking a highly skilled Product Manager with 5-7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of the international markets and B2B space and have worked on an enterprise level product. The Product Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end product management lifecycle. The resource will be involved in shaping the product roadmap, developing/reshaping a construction management product in the current Civit product portfolio and helping to launch the product in new markets.Required Qualifications : 5-7 years of experience in the product development space with experience working on enterprise products for international markets and B2B space. Preferable to have experience in the construction/real-estate/infrastructure industryWorking knowledge of tools such as Jira or Azure Boards.Deep understanding of product management principles, methodologies, and tools.Deep understanding of agile methodologies. Ability to translate business requirements into user stories, use cases and technical requirements. Build a well-defined product backlog.Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Strong skills with MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project, Visio)Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.As a Product Manager, you will:Own and prioritize the product backlog, define clear user stories, and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure successful sprint execution.Agile/Scrum best practices to drive product development, ensuring iterative delivery and continuous improvement. Preferably CSPO certified.Understanding of the basic components of AI-driven automation, GenAI, agentic workflows.Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify customer needs and opportunities for new products/features. Contribute in shaping the product roadmap, prioritize features and develop a release schedule that aligns with the company's strategic goals.Work with cross-functional teams including Engineering, UX/UI Design, Marketing, Sales, and Support to ensure successful delivery of product releases.Identifying and evaluating new technologies and trends that could benefit the company and determining how to incorporate them into the product portfolio.Ensuring that products are tested and validated before release, and that any issues are identified and resolved quickly.Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive product growth.Identify and mitigate risks to the product launch and ensure successful product adoption by customers.Shape and drive product demos and POC’s for prospective customersDefine and drive the product support content generation including help files, FAQs, explainer videos, and marketing support videosPreferred QualificationsMinimum educational qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.CSPO or PSPO certified.Technical background with full-stack development experience is preferred.
