Job Title: Business Development Manager Experience: 4+ Years Location: Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi NCRRole Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to help drive sales and growth in our suite of cybersecurity products and services. The successful candidate will focus on identifying new business opportunities, nurturing key client relationships, and positioning our cybersecurity solutions for BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) and New Age Companies. If you’re passionate about cybersecurity, strategic sales, and working in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team.Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business DevelopmentIdentify and actively pursue new business opportunities in cybersecurity, including network security, endpoint security, cloud security, threat intelligence, and other related solutions.Develop and execute effective sales strategies aimed at achieving revenue targets and expanding our customer base.Generate leads through a combination of networking, cold calling, industry events, and referrals, ensuring a steady pipeline of prospects.Lead engaging sales presentations, product demos, and solution discussions with potential clients, showcasing the value of our cybersecurity offerings.Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and create persuasive, customized proposals to secure new business.Client Relationship ManagementBuild, nurture, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers (CISOs, IT Heads, CTOs, CIOs) to foster trust and maximize business opportunities.Conduct ongoing account management activities to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and growth through strategic partnerships.Provide post-sales support and solutions to address client challenges and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.Market & Industry AnalysisStay current with the latest cybersecurity trends, emerging threats, and industry innovations, ensuring that our offerings remain competitive.Monitor market demands, customer pain points, and competitive activity, providing valuable insights to the product and technical teams to guide solution development and improvement.Identify key industry shifts and act swiftly to adapt sales strategies in response to evolving market conditions.Collaboration & ReportingCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and technical teams, to develop and refine sales strategies and customer-facing solutions.Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and progress reports for senior management, ensuring transparent communication and alignment with company goals.Represent the company at industry events such as cybersecurity conferences, trade shows, and networking meetups to increase brand visibility and establish industry connections.Key Requirements:Education & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.4-8 years of experience in B2B sales or business development within the cybersecurity or IT solutions industry.Proven experience in selling cybersecurity solutions to enterprise clients, mid-market companies, and New Age Companies.Technical & Sales SkillsStrong understanding of cybersecurity technologies, including but not limited to firewalls, endpoint security, SIEM, SOC, identity & access management, cloud security, and threat intelligence.Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in the cybersecurity or IT space.Ability to communicate complex cybersecurity concepts in simple, business-focused terms for non-technical stakeholders.Expertise in sales processes, pipeline management, and use of CRM tools.Soft SkillsExceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport with C-level executives.A consultative and solution-oriented sales approach, with a focus on problem-solving and delivering value to clients.Highly self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.What We Offer:Competitive base salary plus performance-based commission structure.Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and retirement plans.Opportunities for continuous learning, career growth, and advancement within the organization.A collaborative, innovative, and supportive work environment that fosters personal and professional development.
