Tech /MBALocation: New Delhi (Okhla)Industry: Oil Field Chemicals, Drilling FluidsSalary: No constraint for the right candidateTotal Experience: Minimum 8+ yearsJob Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Managerto join our team in the chemical industry. This role requires a deep understanding of the Oilfieldchemicals, Drilling Fluids & Mud chemical industry with excellent communication skills, and a proventrack record of achieving sales targets.Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities in the oilfield, Drilling fluids Mud chemical industry.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competition.Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.Work closely with sales and R&D teams to develop new business channels and product applications.Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the company's products and services.Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.Qualifications:Bachelor' s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum of 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing in the Oilfield industry.Strong knowledge of mud chemicals, drilling fluids, and oilfield services.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.Willingness to travel as required.Key Competencies:Strategic ThinkingResult OrientedRelationship BuildingAnalytical SkillsNegotiation SkillsCustomer FocusAdaptability and FlexibilityBenefits:Competitive salary and performance-based bonusesHealth insurance & Accidental PolicyProfessional development opportunitiesFriendly and collaborative work environment
