Role Overviewnailinit is an omnichannel nail care brand for gen-z and millennial women. This is a design-first, brand-aligned, and content-aware role. You’ll create stunning designs that bring our product and brand to life — across Shopify, social media, ads, packaging, kiosks, and more.You should be fluent in beauty aesthetics, detail-obsessed, and quick with execution — with a portfolio that shows off versatility and boldness.Key Responsibilities1. Brand & Product VisualsDesign packaging, product mockups, and digital assets for new launches.Ensure every output feels premium, brand-aligned, and trend-forward.Collaborate with product and content teams to test and refine creative direction.2. Social & Content DesignCreate visually stunning Instagram creatives, reels covers, highlight stories, and feed layouts.Translate content strategies into engaging visuals that resonate with Gen Z beauty audiences.Work alongside the content and influencer team to generate creative concepts.3. Performance Marketing AssetsDesign ad creatives for Meta and Google that optimize for click-through and ROAS.Support A/B testing with visual variations that explore hooks, tones, and formats.Collaborate with performance marketing lead to analyze best-performing designs.4. Offline & Retail DesignDesign visual assets for nailinit kiosks, events, pop-ups, and in-store branding.Ensure the offline experience is visually cohesive with digital storytelling.5. Brand ConsistencyMaintain and evolve nailinit’s visual identity — fonts, colors, templates, tone.Organize brand kits, design libraries, and ensure consistent application across touchpoints.Qualifications & SkillsMust-Haves2–4 years of experience as a graphic designer (preferably in D2C, beauty, fashion, or content-driven brands).Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, Figma, and similar tools.Strong portfolio showcasing packaging design, social media creatives, and product visuals.Understanding of digital content formats — reels, carousels, UGC overlays, etc.Ability to design fast, adapt to feedback, and work within brand systems.Bonus SkillsExperience with motion design, basic video editing, or After Effects.Beauty industry or social-first brand experience.Familiarity with print production, packaging specs, and vendor coordination.EducationDegree/Diploma in Design, Visual Arts, Communication, or similar field.Self-taught with a killer portfolio?
