We are your proprietor, administrator, and interior designer, packaged in one. About the role: We are seeking a Senior Interior Designer to join our team at Urban Vault. This job opportunity is looking for a designer with hands-on experience, exposure to real-world projects, and who has worked alongside experienced professionals in the co-working/commercial projects. As an interior designer, you will have the opportunity to contribute to various projects, gain valuable skills, and expand your knowledge of the interior design industry.Key Responsibilities:Assist in Concept Development:Collaborate with designers to develop design concepts for various commercial projects.Participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions to generate creative ideas for interior spaces.Space Planning and Layout:Assist in creating floor plans and layout designs that optimize functionality and aesthetics.Learn to use design software to produce accurate space plans.Material and Finish Selection:Participate in the selection of materials, finishes, colors, and furnishings for interior spaces.Research and source materials and products as needed.3D Modeling and Rendering:Gain proficiency in 3D modelling software to create visual representations of design concepts.Assist in producing photorealistic renderings to help clients visualize the final design.Site Visits:Accompany designers and the project team on site visits to assess project progress and ensure design implementation aligns with plans.Documentation and Presentation:Contribute to the creation of design presentations, mood boards, and project documentation.Develop presentation skills to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and team members.Research and Trend Analysis:Stay updated on the latest interior design trends, products, and materials.Assist in research to ensure designs remain current and innovative.Team Collaboration:Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and other design professionals.Contribute to a positive and creative work environment.Qualifications:Must have 5+ years of experience in commercial projects and co-working space.Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Strong attention to detail and an ability to multitask effectively.Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.Passion for interior design and a keen eye for aesthetics.To Apply:Write to us at piyush@We look forward to hearing from you!
