Job Title

Designation: Business Analyst Experience: 10+ years Location: Remote (India) Job Responsibility: Primary point of contact for customers during the implementation of Sycamore Informatics solutions. This includes aligning customer business and functional requirements with Sycamore Informatics products. Collaborate closely with the Implementation project manager and product manager to ensure successful implementation of the Sycamore Solutions within established timelines. Stay up to date with the domain knowledge and contribute to the product improvements addressing the emerging business and regulatory requirements. Role & Responsibility: ● Good/Excellent domain knowledge, CDISC Standards and Regulatory requirements. Experience of the EDC systems, database, metadata, data validation and submission deliverables. Familiarity with data and metadata exchange standards. Expertise in metadata cataloging and tagging for clinical trial datasets. ● Customer Requirements elicitation and mapping to Product Requirements (URS). Employ effective techniques to capture and document customer requirements in a clear and concise manner. This includes eliciting user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and identifying relevant test data. Involve in training, mentoring, and coaching customer professional and technical staff. ● Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking: - Ability to analyze and document complex data workflows and propose efficient solutions. - Should be able to analyse the requirements and identify the gaps documenting in internal tools for triage and backlogs. - Strong troubleshooting skills for data /metadata integration and standardization challenges. ● Stake Holder Management and Communication: - Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Good written and Spoken communication: Create Project and product documentation. Create presentations and demonstrate product functionalities to Internal and external customers and capture feedback. - Plan and lead workshops, meetings, and presentations to get feedback, confirm specifications, and guarantee alignment and buy-in from stakeholders. - Adhere to Organization Standard Operating procedures and Work instructions contributing to organization objectives. ● Product Implementation: - Develops training materials and conducts formal training sessions - Acts as main point of contact and Service Representative for managing customer requests Post-implementation - Conducts change impact analysis to assess the potential implications of major versions of Sycamore Informatics products. - Monitors changes to customer processes and identifies opportunities for improving customer business processes - Adhere to the agreed Timelines and deliverables ● Research & Innovation: - Ability to stay updated with industry trends and propose innovative solutions. - Experience in evaluating new technologies and tools for clinical data automation. Requirements ● 5+ years of working experience with clinical research data and metadata ● Strong working knowledge of the clinical research process and standards ● Experience in Professional Services or Consulting capacity ● Working knowledge of software development processes ● Project management skills and attention to detail ● Team leadership skills across functional areas ● Strong written and oral communication skills Technical Skills: Programming Languages C, C++, Python , R , Knowledge of data Interchange format, Excellent knowledge of excel for data/metadata analysis and visualization. Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Health Sciences, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Math or any other related discipline with a MS degree being a plus.
