Why work with our client: PERMANENT WORK FROM HOME Shift- 7:30 PM- 3:30 AM (IST) DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST Key Responsibilities: ● Design and grow the client's brand presence and performance across digital platforms through activities related but not limited to SEO, Paid Ads, Email and Social Media. ● Must be able to strategies on the content and communication route basis the given brief ● Must be able to convert the client brief into an actionable marketing plan which covers internal briefing for the content, creative and performance teams ● Act as the point of contact for internal teams for client related information ● Set digital strategies for your assigned customers, considering their specific requirements ● Strategies and design digital projects to increase customer ROI ● Address client queries effectively and promptly ● Present digital marketing strategies to clients ● Analyze the success of digital campaigns and report on KPIs set down before the campaign. ● Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends ● Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) ● Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies ● Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests ● Utilize strong analytical abilities to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints ● Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate Required Qualifications and Skills: ● Experience: 5-6 Years ● Bachelors/Masters degree in marketing or a related field ● Relevant experience of working on marketing projects with leading brands or in an agency ● Highly creative and logical while identifying target audiences ● Capable of ideating digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate ● Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking ● Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement ● Eager to learn and willing to work in a high-pressure environment ● Good Communication Skills and proficiency in English and working experience in agency setup in a must Diversity is key to building high-performing teams, and creating an inclusive work environment is our priority.
