Job Description

Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Specialist to help us expand our client base. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the recruitment/staffing industry and will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and contributing to revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential clients through cold calls, emails, networking, and other lead-generation techniques. Understand client requirements and provide suitable staffing solutions (temporary, contract, permanent, or bulk hiring). Build and maintain strong relationships with HR managers, hiring leads, and decision-makers. Set up client meetings, deliver sales presentations, and negotiate terms. Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure successful candidate placements. Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and provide regular updates to management. Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field. Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the staffing/recruitment industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships. Familiarity with CRM tools and basic MS Office/G-Suite tools.
