Education Requirements:·      A Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory·      Relevant certifications or achievements in retail management, customer service, or leadership are preferred Location Preference:·      Local candidates are strongly preferred·      Must be willing to travel to Mumbai or other training locations for up to 1 weekWork Timings:·      Evening shifts (1:00 PM – 10:00 PM)·      Flexible with extended hours during high footfall or festive seasons Experience: 2 to 3 years in retail leadership/supervisory roles preferredSkills Required:·      Strong leadership and people management skills·      Excellent communication skills in English (Mandatory) & Marathi (Compulsory)·      Proficient in email, MS Office, and POS systems·      Strong understanding of sales planning, inventory, and store operationsKPI's:1. Responsible for achieving monthly and seasonal sales targets through team performance and customer engagement2.Drive Plans of Purchase (POP), high-value conversions, and repeat customer visits through effective follow-ups3. Develop and implement monthly business plans aligned with store goals and company strategies4. Plan and execute in-store activities and events to drive walk-ins and increase brand engagement5. Lead the store team by assigning daily tasks, tracking individual performance, and ensuring accountability7. Monitor inventory movement, stock reconciliation, shrinkage control, and manage store requirements proactively8. Conduct regular training and knowledge sessions for the team on product features, customer interaction, and selling skills9. Maintain strong coordination with both the company team and franchise owner to align on goals and resolve operational issues10. Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and share insights to improve performance
