Job Description:Verify the accuracy of drawings in compliance with local municipal regulations and ensure effective design coordination with external consultants.Conduct site visits and collaborate with the team for site surveys.Develop and present building proposals adhering to local norms and retail layout standards.Coordinate with internal departments, including Execution, MEP, Commercial, Liaison, and Finance, to ensure timely deliverables.Engage with developers when necessary to clarify and communicate DMart specifications.Have substantial experience in designing commercial/ residential buildings.Demonstrate expertise in leading and managing a team of architects and draughtsman to deliver multiple projects efficiently.Desired Candidate Profile:Possess in-depth knowledge of quality construction practices and materials.Proficient in AutoCAD.Experience in liaison work will be an added advantage.Experience: 8-12 YearsLocation: MumbaiInterested Candidates can share their CVs on nikita.more@ Kindly mention your current CTC and notice period details.Thanks,Talent Acquisition I DMart - Avenue Supermarts Ltd
