We have developed and commercialized several bio stimulant products for improving the plant growth and yields.Key ResponsibilitiesBudgeting & PlanningPlan and manage budgeting activities for the assigned area.Cascade annual budgets on a month-wise and crop-wise basis.Create monthly Retail Sales Plans (RSP) and analyze them against Business Plans (BP) to control deviations.Prepare and monitor a monthly liquidation plan to ensure financial targets are met.Sales Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and implement sales-boosting strategies specific to the territory.Ensure complete alignment in monthly sales and collection targets.Design and roll out sales incentive schemes to motivate channel partners.Channel DevelopmentBuild and manage a high-performing Super Distributor (SD) channel.Ensure continuous support and development of partners for improved reach and performance.Marketing & CampaignsConceptualize targeted marketing campaigns based on customer insights.Plan and execute a session-wise promotional activity calendar for the region.Actively participate in promotional and developmental activities to support sales initiatives.Brand Building & Content CreationDrive brand development through creative and region-specific ideas.Create high-quality AV testimonials to build trust and credibility in the market.Farmer Engagement & DemonstrationsStrategize and install crop-wise and segment-wise demo plots in the assigned area.Cascade farmer meeting plans, aligned with crop and session requirements, to enhance product education and adoption.Team Collaboration & ReportingEngage daily with the IAC sales team for effective field execution.Ensure alignment with team goals and provide consistent support to achieve set targets.Be accountable for achieving the assigned IAC budget.
