FBL also offers niche APIs, enzymes for antibiotic synthesis, and environmental solutions for wastewater management.Summary:The person will be responsible for the execution of STPs, including installation, commissioning, and erection of the plant. The role is based in Hyderabad, although it is expected that this person will manage all projects in the Telangana region and oversee multiple projects & clients. This individual will also need to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Leadership, teamwork, and strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.Roles & Responsibilities:Supervision of installation and commissioning of STPs based on various technologies like MBBR, SBR, and Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) technology (new and modification).Understand the process and civil drawings prepared by the design team and execute them in coordination with the client.Ensure work is completed as per the project schedule approved by the client.Manage the local team for installation and delivery as per the schedule.Project execution of STPs using MBBR and SBR technology.Coordination between the design/procurement team and consultants/clients.Supervise site kick-off meetings with clients and present the execution plan.Managing STPs during operation and maintenance (O&M) of the plants, including handling operators and maintenance teams.Oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance of water/wastewater treatment plants, ensuring optimal functioning of all systems.Develop and manage the O&M schedule to ensure continuous plant operation and minimize downtime.Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure the timely resolution of technical issues and plant breakdowns.Prepare and review O&M reports, including performance analysis, maintenance logs, and equipment performance data.Perform regular plant inspections, monitor equipment performance, and identify areas requiring preventive or corrective maintenance.Troubleshooting in existing and newly constructed plants.Building & maintaining strong customer relationships.Qualification & Skill Requirements:The candidate should have a Diploma/bachelor’s degree (B.E) in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering.7+ years of experience handling multiple projects in wastewater treatment.Experience in the installation of plants using MBBR/SBR/MBR technology is preferred.Experience in the operation and maintenance of water/wastewater plants.Strong communication skills are a must.
