Position: Technology LeadOverall IT experience: 9 to 12 yearsPrimary Skills: ServiceNow, Rest, SOAP APIs, Javascript, IntegrationSecondary Skills: ITSM, ITOM and CSMWork Location: Anywhere in IndiaNotice Period: 0 to 30 DaysResponsibilitiesServiceNow Design Development & Post production support experience of 9+ years.Web Services including Rest, SOAP APIs, XML, AJAX, JSON.Business Rules, Client Scripts, ACLs, UI Policies, Workflows, and SLAs.Should have hands on experience on Import Sets, Transform Maps, REST API and Email Integration.Hands on experience on different features and functionalities of ServiceNow like ITSM, ITOM and CSM.Knowledge on ServiceNow database, debugging JavaScript/GUI.Prior hands-on experience supporting ServiceNow platform upgrades.Juggling several queries for end users, giving full support on post-production maintenance and with Service Request teams to resolve the issues.Understanding of ServiceNow processes functionalities and flows.Ability to understand the design of ServiceNow Out-of-Box functions and capabilities at a detailed level.Excellent knowledge of industry standard methodologies of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) like Waterfall and Agile.Excellent written and oral communication skills combined with a strong technical writing ability and experience working in large corporate environments.NOTE : Candidate possessing only Administration & Support experience will not be considered
