We're a rapidly growing team of 10-50 people, seeking a dedicated Operations Lead to join our team. Our platform provides users with personalized AI companions, and we're looking for someone who can help ensure our customers have an exceptional experience.The RoleAs our Support Operations Lead, you will be the primary point of contact for all customer support inquiries, working directly with our Chief Operations/Product Manager.
