The property will undergo an extensive renovation starting July 2025 and has partnered with a renowned International Brand for its relaunch.The owning company also operates two additional Hotels:A property in Delhi under a franchise agreement with Radisson Hotel GroupA Hotel in Jaipur leased long-term to Club MahindraThis is a great opportunity to join a growing Hospitality group during an exciting phase of transformation and expansion.Position Overview:We are seeking a Project Manager with expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems to oversee and manage a time-bound renovation project at our esteemed Hotel in Nainital. This role involves working closely with engineers and contractors to resolve technical issues on-site and ensuring smooth execution of the renovation process.Key Responsibilities:Manage the renovation project, focusing on MEP systems.Collaborate with engineers and contractors to address any technical challenges.Ensure proper execution of design drawings provided by consultants.Supervise and monitor the on-site progress of MEP-related tasks.Coordinate with internal teams to meet project timelines and quality standards.Preferred Qualifications:Prior experience in MEP systems within the Hospitality sector is highly preferred.Strong experience in managing on-site projects and overseeing technical operations.Ability to execute technical drawings and provide leadership on site.A diploma or degree in a relevant field is desirable.Compensation and Benefits:Salary: INR 5,00,000.00- INR 6,00,000.00 per annum.Suitable furnished accommodation will be provided.Personal Medical Insurance.If you are a driven professional with relevant experience in MEP systems and project management, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
