We are seeking a Data Analyst / SQL Programmer with extensive expertise in handling large data sets, data analysis, and warehouse management to support our centralized analytics and business intelligence solutions. If you’re a data-driven problem solver with strong SQL programming skills, we’d love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive data analysis, align, or establish relationships across disparate datasets to provide actionable insights. - Interpret data, refine business requirements through discussions with stakeholders, and deliver clear design and implementation specifications. - Analyze business problems and recommend data-driven solutions to support decision-making. - Demonstrate critical thinking by reviewing data trends, validating numbers and calculations, and driving to conclusions across datasets. - Collaborate closely with business unit personnel and clients to present findings and translate complex data into understandable solutions. - Data Warehouse Management: Develop and maintain client data load packages for the Data Warehouse (DW). - Manage ETL processes for DW, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. - Work directly with data providers on data integration and manage data imports. - Develop and optimize queries for the DW and support client integrations. - Development & Enhancements: Fix data defects identified by the business or client community. - Develop scalable enhancements for multi-client deployment. - Quality Assurance & Testing: Review and analyze system specifications and execute test cases. - Evaluate product code for accuracy and compliance with specifications. - Report bugs and errors to development teams and assist in troubleshooting issues. - Conduct post-release and post-implementation testing. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.Minimum Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. - Minimum 10 years of experience in data modeling, data analysis, and testing. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large volumes of data with accuracy and attention to detail. - Advanced working knowledge of SQL and MS SQL Server. - Experience with MS Visual Studio / SSIS for ETL management. - Basic knowledge of PowerShell and Python for automation and scripting tasks. - Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or in a similar role. - Demonstrated experience integrating data sources through ETLs and APIs. - Business Intelligence solution experience (Qlik Sense / Qlik Cloud preferred). - Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Proven ability to gather business requirements and perform business analysis.Why Join RECAM Solutions? - Work remotely with a flexible shift structure to balance your professional and personal commitments. - Collaborate with a talented and innovative team dedicated to solving complex business problems. - Contribute to high-impact projects using modern data technologies and tools. - Grow your career with continuous learning and development opportunities. - Be a part of an organization committed to delivering secure and cutting-edge solutions to clients worldwide.
