The Barista will be responsible for coffee preparation, providing excellent customer service, utilizing interpersonal skills, and effective communication.QualificationsPrevious barista or customer service experience is preferred but not required.A strong passion for coffee and a desire to learn more about coffee brewing and preparation.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.Excellent communication skills and a friendly, positive attitude.Strong multitasking skills and ability to stay organized under pressure.Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
