Role Overview:As an WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth eCommerce order processing, inventory accuracy, and day-to-day warehouse operations. This role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of experience who is ready to take the next step toward managing a high-performance warehouse team.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily picking, packing, and dispatch of online orders (Amazon, website, etc.).Assist in inventory management – stock inwarding, binning, and stock audits.Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for timely deliveries and returns.Ensure proper packaging, minimize order errors and product damages.Maintain cleanliness, safety, and workflow efficiency in the warehouse.Supervise and support warehouse staff, helping allocate daily tasks.Support the Warehouse Manager with reporting and operational improvements.Who Should Apply:1–3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics (eCommerce preferred).Working knowledge of tools like, Amazon Seller Central, or Excel.Good leadership potential and problem-solving skills.Willingness to learn, take ownership, and grow into a management role.Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
