We are looking for talented individuals to be foundational members of our Indian presence.Ekyam.ai is developing a groundbreaking AI-native middleware platform that connects disparate retail systems (ERP, OMS, WMS, POS, etc.) and creates a unified, real-time, vectorized data layer. We enable intelligent automation and transform how retailers leverage their data by integrating cutting-edge AI capabilities.RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Technical Content Writer to join our growing team remotely from India. You will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and engaging content that simplifies complex technical concepts related to our AI-native middleware, integration platform, and retail technology solutions. You'll play a key role in developing our product knowledge base, crafting compelling marketing documentation, assisting with API documentation, and contributing to our online presence. The ideal candidate thrives on understanding technical subjects and translating them effectively for various audiences.Key ResponsibilitiesResearch, write, and edit high-quality technical content, including product knowledge base articles, user guides, FAQs, API documentation guides, blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and website/social media posts.Translate complex technical information about AI, cloud integration, data orchestration, and retail technology into clear, readable content tailored to both technical (developers, engineers) and non-technical (business users, marketers) audiences.Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, and marketing teams to ensure technical accuracy and effective communication of product features and value propositions.Create and maintain comprehensive documentation that supports product onboarding, feature usage, and troubleshooting.Develop engaging content for marketing materials, website updates, and social media channels to explain Ekyam.ai's technology and benefits.Optimize content for findability (SEO) and adhere to digital publishing best practices.Stay current with industry trends relevant to Ekyam.ai's domain.Interview internal subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather information and transform insights into clear, digestible content.Manage multiple writing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.2+ years of proven experience as a technical writer, content writer, or similar role within the technology sector(experience with SaaS, Cloud, AI, or Enterprise Software is highly desirable).Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with meticulous attention to detail and grammar.Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and explain them clearly and concisely.Experience with documentation tools (e.g., Markdown, Confluence, Git) and content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Notion).Strong familiarity with software development concepts, APIs, and related tools (e.g., GitHub) is required.Excellent research skills and the ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a remote, globally distributed team.Founding Team OpportunityBe a foundational member of our new India team!
