Certified Management Accountant (CMA) Role Summary: The Certified Management Accountant (CMA) at Inticore will play a crucial role in financial planning, analysis, and decision support. This role involves working closely with the central engineering team and partner units to ensure financial efficiency and strategic growth. The CMA will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, overseeing operational accounting, and providing insights to support the company's hybrid manufacturing model and strategic investments. Key Responsibilities: Financial Planning and Analysis: 1. Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support strategic decision-making. 2. Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. 3. Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management and the central engineering team. Cost Management: 1. Monitor and control costs across the organization, including partner units. 2. Conduct cost-benefit analysis and evaluate the financial impact of proposed projects and investments. 3. Implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements to enhance financial efficiency. Financial Reporting: 1. Prepare and present financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. 2. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. 3. Collaborate with the central engineering team to provide accurate and timely financial information. Operational Accounting: 1. Oversee day-to-day operational accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management. 2. Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions. 3. Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity. Strategic Support: 1. Support strategic investments in manufacturing partners by conducting financial due diligence and feasibility studies. 2. Assist in the development and implementation of financial strategies to achieve organizational goals. 3. Provide financial support for R&D initiatives, technology transfer, and partner training programs. Stakeholder Management: 1. Engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including senior leadership and partner units to communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences. Qualifications: • Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation. • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. • Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
