The Head of Operations will oversee daily operations, manage multiple teams - on-site, design team, and manufacturing, and ensure optimal productivity and efficiency. Responsibilities include developing and implementing operational strategies, analyzing and improving processes, managing budgets, and ensuring effective communication within the team. The position requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Key Skills- Strong understanding of interior design principles and practices- Strong Team Management and Communication skills- Proficient in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.)- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Budgeting and cost management- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities- 5+ years of experience in operations management or related rolesEducational Qualification- Bachelor’s degree or higherWork Experience- Minimum: 5+ yearsRoles & Responsibilities- Manage multiple interior design projects to completion and coordinating with designers- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets- Coordinate with manufacturing, design and on-site teams to ensure seamless execution- Conduct regular site visits to ensure project progress and address challenges- Ensure all projects meet or exceed customer expectations- Mentor and supervise junior site supervisors and carpenter teamsPreferred Candidate Profile- Proven track record in managing residential interior design projects- Strong portfolio with experience in project management- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detailSalary- Rs. 12.0 lakhs per annum (CTC) based on skills and experiencePerks and Benefits- Benefits as per company policy- Opportunities for professional development and training
