With teams across New York, Tokyo, India, and Malaysia, Nordot helps publishers grow and monetize effectively.We are seeking a Publisher Operations Analyst based in Pune or Hyderabad (preferred) to manage publisher relationships and support internal revenue teams. Though the role would be remote, we prefer someone who can meet the team on a frequent basis to foster camaraderie and collaboration. While prior experience (1–2 years) in Ad Operations or Publisher Operations within an ad-tech company or any media company is preferred. Key ResponsibilitiesOnboard new publishers and ensure seamless integration.Monitor performance metrics (revenue, traffic, engagement) and generate actionable insights.Troubleshoot technical issues related to feeds, ad placements, or reporting.Build and maintain strong relationships with publishers by addressing inquiries and providing updates.Collaborate with internal teams to align publisher goals with Nordot’s monetization strategies.Research industry trends to identify growth opportunities.Create dashboards and reports for stakeholders.RequirementsPreferred: 1–2 years of experience in Ad Operations or Publisher Operations in the ad-tech industry.Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with tools like Tableau or Looker is a plus.Experience with HTML, CSS, RSS feeds, XML, and JavaScript.Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work EST hours.Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and results-driven approach.PerksHands-on experience with industry-standard tools.Opportunities to network with global publishers and ad-tech professionals.Competitive compensation with growth potential.To Apply: Send your resume and a 5-line note on why you find this role interesting and how your skills are transferrable to this position to .
