With a focus on integrity, personalized service, and successful outcomes, we offer a wide range of immigration services including Canada PR, study visas, work permits, and more.Job Description:We are looking for a highly experienced and proactive Senior Immigration Case Manager to lead our Canada PR application department and manage a small team of junior staff. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Canadian permanent residency (Express Entry, PNP, Spousal Sponsorship, etc.), excellent organizational skills, and strong leadership abilities. Note: It is a Night Shift job (India standard time).Key Responsibilities:• Manage end-to-end processing of Permanent Residency (PR) applications, including client assessments, documentation, and submission.• Oversee and guide junior case officers and administrative staff.• Review files for accuracy and compliance with immigration regulations.• Coordinate with clients to gather necessary documents and information.• Maintain client records and ensure timely updates on case progress.• Stay up-to-date with changing immigration laws and procedures.• Provide mentorship and training to team members as required.• Ensure high-quality customer service and client satisfaction.Requirements:• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the immigration industry.• Strong understanding of Canadian PR programs and processes.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Leadership and team management experience is a must.• Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple cases simultaneously.• Proficiency in MS Office and immigration software/tools.Preferred Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any discipline.• RCIC (Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant) certification is a plus.• Experience working with international clients.Salary: Competitive and basedHow to Apply:Interested candidates can apply directly via LinkedIn or email their resume to nowon@ .
