As a Pre-Sales / Outbound Caller for BHIVE Workspace’s Virtual Office program, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, initiating outbound calls, and generating high-quality leads for the sales team. Your primary goal is to engage, educate, and qualify leads before passing them to the sales team for conversion. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, explaining the benefits of BHIVE’s Virtual Office services. Generate and qualify leads based on interest, business needs, and budget. Schedule follow-ups and appointments for the sales team to close deals. Maintain an updated database of leads and track progress using CRM tools. Handle initial objections and provide relevant information to nurture prospects. Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth lead handover process. Assist in running email and WhatsApp outreach campaigns to increase engagement. Provide market feedback to help refine sales scripts and outreach strategies. Key Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in pre-sales, outbound calling, or tele-sales (experience in coworking, commercial real estate, or B2B services is a plus). Strong communication and persuasion skills to handle objections effectively. Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce is preferred. Ability to work in a target-driven environment with high call volumes.
