Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solutions Architect (Functional) specializing in Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, SCM Analytics, and Reporting to lead and enhance our BI Connector Customer Solutions practice. The ideal candidate will design and implement analytics and reporting solutions, ensuring they align with business needs and drive informed decision-making. This role requires close collaboration with business leaders, technical teams, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, efficient, and innovative solutions leveraging Oracle Fusion, Microsoft Power BI, and BI Connector.Key Responsibilities: # Solution Design and Architecture:Design end-to-end reporting and analytics solutions for Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, or SCM modules. ERP (Finance, Procurement, Projects) is preferred. HCM and SCM are also acceptable.Ensure solutions are aligned with best practices, compliance standards, and organizational objectives.Define functional requirements for analytics and reporting while collaborating with technical teams for implementation.# Analytics and Reporting Development:Build custom reports and dashboards using OTBI, BI Publisher, BI Connector and Power BI.Develop and maintain data models and OTBI reports for real-time and historical analysis.Design and optimize ETL processes for extracting and integrating data from Oracle Fusion and other sources using Fabric and BI Connector.# Stakeholder Engagement:Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders from our customers to understand analytics requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Present solutions, prototypes, and progress to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals.Conduct training sessions and workshops to enable business users to leverage reporting solutions effectively. # System Integration and Data Management:Ensure seamless integration of Oracle Fusion with Power BI using BI Connector for reporting and analytics purposes.Manage data governance, security, and integrity for analytics and reporting solutions.Optimize data flows and analytics performance for large datasets. # Functional Leadership:Lead by example demonstrating exemplary techno-functional skills and customer engagement expertise.Lead cross-functional teams in implementing analytics and reporting solutions.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers and analysts.Stay updated on the latest Oracle Fusion Functional updates and analytics technologies to ensure cutting-edge solutions.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.5+ years of experience in a Functional architect role for either Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, or SCM implementation with a focus on analytics and reporting.Expertise in Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), OTBI and BI Publisher.Proven experience in designing and implementing dashboards, KPIs, and custom reports.Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion data models and APIs.Experience with data visualization and storytelling techniques.Ability to work with North America, Europe, and Middle East clients and adjust working hours to meet business needs in a reasonable time frame.Preferred Skills:Certifications in Oracle Fusion Analytics or ERP/HCM/SCM modules.Familiarity with other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and advanced analytics concepts.Experience in cloud migrations and hybrid architecture solutions.Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies.Soft Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.What We Offer:A collaborative work environment with opportunities for professional growth.Competitive salary and benefits package.Involvement in cutting-edge projects using Power BI and Oracle Fusion technologies and also driving product development for BI Connector.Application Process:If you are a results-driven professional with a passion for Oracle Fusion analytics and reporting, we’d love to hear from you!
