We can talk more about your background.Minimum Requirements: • Minimum of 8 years of experience in US IT recruitment (excluding implementation partners).• Experience recruiting for US Government contracts is required.• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic, fast-paced team.• 8-10 years of experience in IT recruitment across the entire hiring process, from sourcing to placement.• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of IT job requirements.• -5 years of experience working with State and Federal clients, including experience with cleared candidates.• Solid understanding of sourcing techniques, including social media recruiting and Boolean search.• Strong verbal, organizational, and negotiation skills, with a focus on achieving business results.Key Responsibilities: • Manage the full recruitment life cycle for government contracts, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.• Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for IT positions to support ongoing hiring needs.• Source candidates through various platforms such as Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, and CareerBuilder.• Review and update technical job descriptions to ensure accuracy.• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job portals efficiently for recruitment activities.• Draft and send personalized recruiting emails to passive candidates, highlighting current job openings.• Screen resumes by parsing specialized skills and qualifications.• Coordinate with candidates and vendors to schedule interviews, negotiate rates, and finalize offers.• Conduct pre-screening calls to evaluate candidate qualifications and skills.• Build and maintain a network of candidates and resources to meet recruitment needs.• Organize and manage a database of contacts, resumes, and candidate profiles.• Prioritize and manage multiple searches, ensuring deadlines are met.• Collaborate with the recruiting and technical teams to fulfill hiring needs and meet team goals.• Analyse recruitment metrics and generate reports using the ATS, sharing findings with management.Preferred Skills: • Familiarity with basic IT technologies and terminology.• Understanding of US tax terms and regulations related to recruitment.
