The ideal candidate will be an expert in mixology, wine, and spirits, with a deep understanding of luxury hospitality. They will be responsible for menu development, inventory management, staff training, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience in both the fine-dining restaurant and high-energy nightclub.This requirement is for a pre-opening outlet in MumbaiKey Responsibilities:1. Beverage Program Development & InnovationCurate and maintain an exceptional beverage program, including premium wines, spirits, and cocktails.Design and innovate unique, high-end cocktails that align with our brand identity.Stay ahead of beverage trends, incorporating international influences into the menu.Develop pairings with the culinary team to enhance the fine-dining experience.2. Bar Operations & Service ExcellenceOversee bar operations across both the restaurant and nightclub, ensuring efficiency and excellence.Standardize drink recipes and ensure consistency in preparation and presentation.Implement quality control measures to maintain the highest beverage standards.Supervise bar setup, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety regulations.3. Staff Training & DevelopmentTrain bartenders and service staff on mixology techniques, product knowledge, and guest interaction.Conduct workshops on wine and spirit education for front-of-house teams.Mentor and develop a team that delivers world-class beverage experiences.4. Financial Management & Inventory ControlManage beverage costs, supplier negotiations, and stock levels to ensure profitability.Monitor and analyze sales performance, adjusting the menu to maximize revenue.Work closely with vendors and suppliers to source exclusive and premium products.5. Guest Experience & Brand EnhancementEngage with guests, VIPs, and regular patrons to offer personalized recommendations.Collaborate with the marketing team for cocktail promotions, masterclasses, and special events.Build relationships with luxury alcohol brands for sponsorships and collaborations.Requirements:Experience: 7+ years in high-end bars, fine-dining restaurants, or luxury nightlife venues.Education: Certification in mixology, WSET (Wine & Spirit Education Trust), or hospitality management preferred.Skills & Qualities:Expertise in mixology, spirits, and wine pairing.Strong leadership and training abilities.Financial acumen in beverage costing and inventory control.Excellent guest relations and networking skills.Knowledge of licensing and compliance regulations in Mumbai.
